Re-Engineering of Electronic Assemblies

a new BFK-service for electronic industry and EMS companies

In the last few years BFK-Services performed some re-engineering projects, together with different partners in the electronic development area. Now BFK offers this complex service as a standard, containing following sub-processes:

• analysis of older electronic assemblies using still available documents and data
• if necessary - scanning and digitizing existing PCB bare boards
• if necessary - takeover of these data into a modern CAE system including all opportunities of modification and optimization, output of new schematics and part lists
• upon request - re-creation of PCB production data and international delivery specs, re-creation of schematics and part lists
• upon request- complete procurement or production of those electronic assemblies

Target group are companies:

• having problems with the procurement of spare electronic assemblies caused of out-of-date production artwork and data
• regarding the in house production of spare electronic assemblies in small quantities as uneconomically and looking for outsourcing

BFK performs re-engineering leading but together with competent partners in an own small network.
